The item arrived late (a week after I ordered) which I would have over looked had it not arrived broken (not properly packaged/ no fragile markings on the outside of the box) and had I been responded to when I message to get a replacement quickly (bought it the end of may and received the replacement until July 1). The item itself is cute.

It's perfect! My daughter absolutely loves it!

After 3 weeks of use the letters are coming off. I really like the cup but I am afraid after each hand wash pieces of the letters are coming off. The deathly hollows symbol is halfway gone.

Extremely disappointed seller neglected to ship the product for THREE weeks, and only upon my inquiry. Upon discovering the product hadn't even been shipped yet, I specifically stated that I need this product by 10/31, and that they still had time to cure the problem with overnight delivery, yet they still sent it 2-day delivery with no response to address my concern. Bad communication, unresponsive and not to be trusted to do business again.

What a great tea cup, nice, big heavy, well painted. I bought it for my grandson's birthday which isn't until the end of October and I can barely keep from giving it to him now, I'm so excited. He's going to love it. Thanks so much for the awesome tea cup.
